- School Office personnel- winter recess, spring recess or summer months.
- Maintenance and Operations, Food Services, Special Education and District Office personnel-throughout the year subject to the operational needs of the District. Nothing herein shall preclude vacation requests for other times than those specified above if approved by the immediate supervisor and Superintendent or his/her designee.
Personal Necessity: Employees must request personal necessity leave at least three (3) days in advance unless the emergency falls within the provisions of Sect.10.6.2. of the CSEA contract. The right to schedule comp time, in accordance with the District's operational and personnel needs, shall be mutually agreed upon by the Classified employee, his/her immediate administrator or his/her designee (CSEA CBA Article 9, Section 9.3.1.).
Trade Time: If an employee requests to take hours off of work on one day and work the same number of hours on another day, the District may approve the request without being obligated to pay overtime, as specified in 9.2.1., for the hours worked (CSEA CBA Article 9, Section 9.5.1.).
